Your career success is important to CIMBA. That’s why we’re so delighted when we hear that attending CIMBA has offered many of our students not only the knowledge and expertise they need in their field, but also the leadership and personal development skills that resonate with recruiters and employers.

Our growing number of CIMBA graduates has created a powerful alumni network of more than 10,000 in nearly 50 countries. And many of these alumni reach back to CIMBA to find interns, employees, consultants, and more. One of the best ways for you to connect to this powerful network is to join our CIMBA Alumni LinkedIn Group. Other career resources include:

  • Attend CIMBA Career Workshops in Italy and learn more about developing your career strategy.
  • If you are a current student or alumni of the CIMBA MBA Programs, you have access to a number of career services resources at the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, which includes job search strategies, resume and cover letter templates, webinars, and more.
  • Ask a CIMBA faculty member to write you a letter of recommendation. Our faculty, many of whom are from top universities in the U.S. and Europe, say they write more letters of recommendations for their CIMBA students than students at their home institutions. They believe it's because the small class sizes at CIMBA allow them to develop strong connections, which means they can write more insightful letters of recommendations.
  • Ask a CIMBA personal coach to review your resume. CIMBA has a comprehensive group of personal coaches in Italy who are here to help you succeed.
  • CIMBA also has deep connections to recruiters and companies in Italy and beyond. Many of these companies hire CIMBA students to work on consulting projects while they are in our program. They also reach out to find full-time employees!
